They return and say they delivered the Bills
Supplementary Bill to the Act for punishing ffornication
and Adultery, Read the first and second Times by special
Order and will pass
Bill permitting the Inhabitants to take out Writs in their
own Names Read the third Time by special Order and will
pass as now amended.
These two Bills sent up to the Honble Council by Mr Wool-
ford, Mr Broom, Mr Sprigg and Mr Pearce
They return and say they delivered the Bills.
The Honble Colo Addison, Colo Tilghman, John Hall, and
John Dorsey Esqrs enter the House and deliver Mr Speaker
Bill restraining the Inhabitants from selling Liquors to the
Indians &ta with a Message that the Honble Council agreed
to the Amendments proposed by the House. Read and or-
dered the said Bill be accordingly amended
Bill relieving the Inhabitants from some Aggrievances &ta
Indorsed The Honble Council agree to the Amendments last
proposed by the House. Ordered the said Bill be ingrossed
Bill restraining the ill Practice of Sheriffs in executing Writs
of fieri facias Indorsed

The Nature of this Bill and several Clauses therein requiring
a mature and very deliberate Consideration we cannot well
digest the same this present Session and therefore expect you
will urge it no further at this Time

we represent consent to the referring it till another Session of
