Colo Maxwell lay before this House the Agreement made with
the Justices of Baltimore County for building the Court House,
and that in the mean Time the Justices of that County forbear
to levy any more Tobacco on that Account
Thomas Hollingsworth's Petition referred from last Session
Read, and Colo Tilghman again examined and Resolved Leave
be given to bring in a Bill as prayed.
Henry Hendrickson's Petition Read and by the House re-
jected.
Moved that a Bill be brought in for encouraging the killing
and destroying of Squirrels Debated and put to the Question
whether a Bill be brought in or not? Resolved in the Affirma-
tive and that a Reward of four Pounds of Tobacco p Squirrel
be levied on the County therefor and that the Committee of
Laws prepare and bring in the Bill
Resolved a Message be sent to the Council on the Debates
of this House relating to Baltimore County Court House Viz.

This House have Resolved to settle Baltimore County Court
at the new Court House at Joppa, and have ordered Colo
Maxwell to lay before them the Agreement made with the
Justices of that County for building that Court House and
that in the mean Time the Justices of that County forbear to
levy any more Tobacco on that Account to which they desire
the Concurrence of the Honble Council
