bles &u Indorsed —

Read the first Time and will pass with this Amendment, &
also, all such Slaves which shall be adjudged by the County
Courts to be past their Labour For tho' it's reasonable they
that have had their Labour should maintain them yet it's hard
to pay Levy for such Slaves
