Mr Henry Trippe, a Member returned for Dorchester
County enters the House

Ordered Mr Woolford and Mr Lockerman attend him to the
Honble Council & see him qualified

They return and say they saw him qualified and Mr Trippe
took his Place in the House

The Honble Colo Addison and Colo Tilghman from the
Council enter the House and deliver Mr Speaker the Honble
President's Notification to the House of a Suspension of Arms
agreed to between her Majesty and the French King and her
Majesty's Royal Proclamation declaring the same.

Read and referred for Consideration to Morrow Morning

Mr John Bradford's Petition with the Referrence from last
Session Read and Leave given to bring in a Bill as prayed
upon making good the Allegations before the Committee of
Laws

Mr Bladen's and Mr Carroll's Remonstrance referred from
last Session Read and referred for further Consideration to
Morrow.

Moses Lecompte's Petition Read and Referred for further
Consideration.

Mr Edward Blay a Member for Kent County, Mr Matthias
Vanderheyden, a Member for Cecil County, and Colo James
Smallwood a Member for Charles County their nonattendance
dispenced with by the House upon their Excuses
John Dent's and John Cole's Petitions Read and referred to
the Committee of Laws to examine the Petitioners Preten-
sions and report their Opinion to the House

Petitions against striking Fish in Dor. and Talbot Counties
Read and debated. Put to the Question whether a Bill be
brought in to prohibit the striking Fish or not? Resolved in the
Affirmative and ordered the Committee of Laws prepare and
bring in a Bill accordingly

The House adjourned till to Morrow Morning Nine O'Clock

Thursday 30th October 1712

The House met according to Adjournment. Being called
over were all present as Yesterday.

Read what was done Yesterday.

The Referrence relating to wild Horses read and debated.
Put to the Question Whether a Bill be brought in or not?
