The representation of the Clergy residing on the Western
Shoar of this Province relating to several Parishes and the
publick Library being read and considered, In as much as It
is observed the Clergy of the Eastern Shoar have not joined
therein It is referred to the next Session of Assembly
The Board adjourned until nine of the Clock to morrow
morning

The Council Sate Present as yesterday
Mr Worthington and five other Delegates bring from their
House three Engrossed Bills Viz.
A Supplementary Bill to the Act for Stay of Execution after
the tenth day of May yearly
A Bill prohibiting the exportation of hides of neat Cattle
whither tanned or untanned and old Iron out of this Province
A Bill reviving a certain Act of Assembly of this Province
for ascertaining Fees to the Attornys and Practitioners of the
Law in the Courts of this Pcovince and for levying the same
by way of Execution. Assented to by the House of Delegates
And the said Bills being again read at this Board were
assented to by her Majesty's honble Council and Sent to the
House of Delegates by Col Addison and Col Tilghman
The said Mr Worthington and the other five members
brought up the Bill restraining the Inhabitants of this Province
