The Message by Thomas Smith proposing the Tob^o due to
the Keeper of the Great Seal, and some small Part of the
Councills and Burghesses Salaries to be paid in mony has
been considered by this Board and so no less Expectance of
the Value of Tob^o this year than the last and formerly when
the Levy was payed in mony at 10^s p Cent Tob^o Wherefore
we agree such paym^t should be made at the Rate to wit 10^s p
