the purchase money after his Debts and Legacys were paid
he did appoint to be Disposed of to the use and relief of
Poore people of the Quarter of Ustone In the parish of Dran-
feild in Darby Sheire in the Kingdom of England for ever
and whereas the said trustees in order to performe the said
will have agreed to Bargaine and sell the said Plantacon and

land to Christopher Vernon of Ann Arundell County In Con-
sideration of a Sume of money by him to Be payd to the said
trustees to the uses in the sayd will mentioned.
Be it therefore Enacted by the Queens most Excellent
Majesty by and with the advise and Consent of her Majestys
Governour Councill and Assembly of this province and the
authority of the same that the last will and Testament of
Abraham Naylor late of Annarundell County Deceased shall
be adjudged to be good and sufficient in Law to all Intents
and purposes whatsoever to vest and settle the lands therein
mentioned in Samuell Chew and Nehemiah Birkhead the
Trustees to the uses in the said will menconed and all such
grants bargains and sales of those premises wth the appur-
tenances hereafter to be made and Executed by them the said
trustees or by Either of them to Christopher Vernon and his
heirs accordiug to the agreement made between them shall
be adjudged to be good and Effectuall in the Law and shall
sufficiently Vest and Execute a good and Indefeisible Estate
of Inheritance in him the said Christopher Vernon his heires
& Assigns forever any Defect Omission or Imperfection in
the said Last will and Testament or any thing in this present

act or any other Law Statute use or Custom to the Contrary
thereof in any wise Notwithstanding.

An Act Impowering a Committee to lay assess and apportion
the publick levy of this Province for this present year One
