same that the Act of Assembly made att A Sessions of Assem-
bly begun and held att the towne and Port of Annapolis the
fifth Day of December one thousand seven hundred & four
Entituled An Act for Suspending the Prosecution of Any
Priests of the Communion of the Church of Rome incurring
the penaltys of An Act of Assembly Entituled An Act for
preventing the Growth Popery by Exercising their ffunction

in a private ffamily of the Roman Communion but in noe other
Case whatsoever & Every Article matter clause and thing
therein Contained shall be & Remain in full force and Effect
to all Intents and purposes for and during and unto the full
End & term of twelve months next after the End of this Ses-
sions of Assembly or her Majestys Pleasure first knowne.

On behalf of her most Sacred Majesty Queen Anne &c I
will This be a Law. Jo : Seymour

An Act to prohibitt the Exportation of European Comodity's
out of this Province.

Be it Enacted by the Queens most Excellent Majesty by
and with the advice and Consent of her Majestys Governour
Councill and Assembly of this Province and the Authority of
the same That no goods or Comoditys of the product or
Manufacturs of Europe now or att any time after the End of
this Session of Assembly Imported into this Province by Land
or Water to any other place whatsoever on pain of forfeiting

to her Majesty her heirs and Successors all such goods or
comoditys so exported or attempted to be Exported out of
this province or the full Value thereof one half thereof to her
Majesty her heires and Successors for the Support of the Gov-
ernment of this province and the other half to the Informer or
him or them that will informe or sue for the same to be recov-
ered against such Exporter by action of Debt bill Plaint or
Information in any court of Record within this Province
wherein noe Essoyne protection or wager of Law to be
Allowed
