the said William Edmondson as by the Record of Dorchester
County Court Relation being thereunto had may appear and
for that the said Petitioner doth further sett forth that the
said sume of forty thousand pounds of tobacco the Consid-
eration aforesaid nor any part thereof was not Sattisfied and
payed to the said Thomas Edmondson by the said William
Edmondson in his Life time and that there is not any asetts
remaining in the hands of the Executor of the said William
Edmondson or any thing of the Estate of the said William
Edmondson whereby to Sattisfy and pay his Just Debt the
truth of which petition Evidently appearing to this Generall
Assembly they pray that it may Enacted.
And be it Enacted by the Queens most Excilent Majesty by
and with the advice and Consent of her Majestys Governour
Councill and Assembly of this Province and the Authority of
the same that from and after the End of this present sessions
of Assembly the said Deed or Conveyance so as afd made and
Executed by the said Thomas Edmondson to the said William
Edmondson and recorded in Dorchester County Court shall
to all Intents and purposes be Deemed adjudged and taken
and is hereby Declared to be null and void and of no Vallidity
or Effect whatsoever and that the said Thomas Edmondson
by force and Vertue of this act shall be and is impowered into
and upon the said Lands or premisses or any part thereof in
the name of the whole to reenter and the same againe to have
hold possess and Enjoy to him his heires and assigns forever
as in his first and former Estate in as Large ample and Bene-

ficiall manner to all Intents and purposes as if the said Deed
Conveyance sale or allienation had never been had or made
anything in the said Deed Conveyance or record of Dorchester
County Court Law Statute usage or Custom to the Contrary
Notwithstanding.
