& pay unto the said Jno Whittington his heires Executors
Administrators or Assignes the said sume of thirty five thous-
and pounds of tobacco wth Costs of suite and all other cost
Damages and Expences whatsoever that the said Jno Whit-
tington hath or shall sustaine or be putt unto by Reason or
means of his the sd Whittingtons being bound for the said
Daniell Toaes the Son as afd that then & from that time the
said Lands and premisses shall revert and returne to such heir
Execur or Admt of the said Dan" Toaes the ffather or Daniell
Toaes the son as shall sattisfy and pay the same in as full and
ample a manner as if this Act had never been made anything
in this Act to the Contrary Notwithstanding.

An Act to make Null & Voyd a Certaine Deed or Conveyance
made by Thomas Edmondson to William Edmondson &
remaining upon Record in Dorchester County Court

Whereas Thomas Edmondson of Talbott County by his
petition to this present Generall Assembly hath Complained
that heretofore he did for the Consideration of fforty Thousand
pounds of tobacco by Deed Indented Sell Alienate Confirm
and make over & in Dorchester County Cort acknowledge
unto his brother William Edmondson a certain tract of Land
Sittuate upon Great Choptank River in Dorchester County
Called or known by the name of William borrough containing
Seven hundred acres as also the moiety of one other tract of
land sittuate on the said River and County containing about
two hundred acres Called or known by the name of Richard-
sons ffolly formerly by the last will and Testament of John
Edmondson Deceased Bequeathed to the said Thomas Ed-
mondson being all that tract part of the said Tract Called
Richardsons folly not included in that part of the said tract
formerly Given and granted by the said John Edmondson to
