And be it further Enacted by the Authority aforesaid by
and with the advice and consent aforesaid that the severall
and respective Psons before in this Act mentioned or the
Major Part of them shall be and are hereby authorized Em-
powered and required on or before the last Day of Septem-
ber next Ensuing to meet together in their severall and
respective Counties to Consult' and agree of the most Con-
venient Place in Each of the said Counties whereon to build
their Courthouse for the Ease and Conveniency of the Inhab-
itants and suitors and then and there to treat and Agree with
the Owners and all psons interested in such Lands and buy
and Purchase of such Owners & others interested therein to
her Majesty her heires and Successors for the use of their
Counties whereon to build their Courthouses two acres of the
said Land at the discretion of the Persons least Prejudiciall

to the Owners thereof and shall Cause the same to be sur-
veyed and Layd out and after such Survey so made shall
Cause the same to be marked staked out and Divided from
the other Lands adjacent, and if in case any Person or Persons
shall willfully refuse to make sale of any such Lands herein
before mentioned or be disabled to do the same thros nonage
Coverture non sane memorie or other Impediment or disabil-
ity whatsoever that then the said Psons herein before mentioned
and nominated for each respective County or the major part
of them are hereby Authorized by Virtue of this Act To Issue
out Warrants to the Sheriffes of the said County's to Impower
them to Impannell and returne a Jury of Freeholders to Ap-
peare before the Persons herein before mentioned at such
days and times as by them shall be Thought Convenient
which Jury upon their oaths to be administred by the said
Persons or the major part of them in each respective County
are to and shall Enquire and assesse what damage and
recompence they shall think fitt to be awarded to the Owners
and all psons interested in such Lands according to their
severall and respective Interests therein and what sume of
tobacco the sayd Jury shall Adjudge the sayd Land to be
worth shall be returned by the said Psons under their hands
and scales and under the hands and scales of the sd Jurors
to the severall County Courts where such Land shall lye to be
payd- and allowed by the Commissioners of the severall
County Courts to the Party or Party's Owner of such Land
or Lands.
And Be it further Enacted by the Authority Advice and
consent aforesaid that for satisfaction and Payment of all
Charges and Expences whatsoever arising or becoming due
to any Pson or Psons for any thing to be Done by Virtue of
this Act they shall be satisfyed and Payd by the Severall and
