Three Petitions from the Inhabitants between Chester and
the South Side of Sasafras Rivers of the other part of Kent
County on the South Side of Chester river and of part of Tal-
bot County and Kent Island for a better Division and regula-
tion of Kent Talbott and Cecil Countys and Erecting a new
County read and referred to the Consideration of the house
of Delegates
Read the Petition of the Inhabitants of Saint Paul's Parish
in Prince Georges County for dividing the said Parish Or-
dered that the Petitioners agree where they would have it
divided and the measures will be used for the relief. The
said Petition sent to the House of Delegates by Col Holland
Came Mr Hodson and Mr Ennalls with the following Mes-
sage Viz.

By the House of Delegates Sep. 19th 1704.

This House desire the hon:ble Council's answer to our last
Message touching the Bill for regulating ordinarys
Signed p order W Taylard Cl Ho Del.

Whereupon the following answer was sent to the House by
Col Addison Col Lloyd & Col Jenkins Viz.

By the Council in Assembly Sepr 19th 1704.

Your Message desiring our Reply to your answer about
the Bill for regulating ordinarys we received and propose that
your House would Join two or three of your Members with
Mr Smith and Mr Cheseldyn at two of the Clock this After-
noon to Consult and propose how the sd Law should pass
Signed p order W Bladen Cl Council.

The Council adjourns 'till three of the Clock in the after-
noon Post Meridiem
