The following Message prepared and sent up to his Excel-
lency and Council by Mr Joseph Ennalls Viz.
May it please your Excellency,
Upon reading that Paragraph of your Excellency's Speech
relating to Persons sent on Expeditions on any emergent
Occasion it is resolved by the House that such Persons as
shall any ways be employed by your Excellency shall be
rewarded for such Services as your Excellency shall think fit.
This House taking your Excellency to be a proper Judge of
the Reward for such Services.

The Gentlemen appointed to examine the Accounts of Mr
Samuel Young relating to the Building the Vestry House
enter the House and inform Mr Speaker and the House of
what Objections they make to the Account and upon Debate
thereof its put to the Question whether there shall be any
Abatement or not ?
Carried in the Negative that there be no Abatement and
ordered the Acct be allowed and sent up by way of Message.
