Bradley appears to be duly elected to serve as a Delegate for
Prince Georges County.
Signed p order. Thos Bordley Cl. Com.

Ordered Mr Thomas Greenfield desire Mr Bradley to walk
into the House.
Mr Bradley appears in the House and took his Place.
Ordered Mr Thomas Greenfield, Mr Robert Tyler and Mr
Nicholas Lowe attend him to the Council Chamber to see him
qualified
They return and say they have seen him sworn
Bill for Advancement of ten p Cent Interest.
Read the first Time and committed for Amendment.
The House Adjourns till to Morrow Morning Eight O'Clock

Wednesday April 17th 1 706.

The House met again according to Adjournment & were
all present as yesterday
Read what was done yesterday.
Upon the further Petition of Thomas Reading its ordered
he be allowed more ten Shillings by each County and 10/ p
the Country for his further Encouragement in printing the
full Body of the Laws.
Bill for Advancement of Interest of Money at io p Cent
read the second Time and committed for Amendment. Bill
appointing Itinerant Judges &ca. Read the first Time and put
to the Question whether the Bill shall pass or not? Carried
in the Negative.

Journal of Accounts read in the House and assented to.
Indorsed and sent up to the Council by the Gentlemen of the
Committee for their Honours Concurrence
They return and say they delivered their Journal.
Mr Elias King by Favour of the House has Liberty to go
Home.
Ingrossed Bill to impower Trustees to sell Naylor's Free-
hold &ta Read and assented to.
The following Memorandum brought into the House and
ordered to be entered Viz.
Memorandum To renew the Order for sending for a Suffi-
cient Quantity of Free Stone to pave the Church and Piaza
the former not mentioning enough To prime and paint the
Piaza and Vestry House and the Back Door of the Church
within and without Indorsed April 17th 1706.
His Excellency desires to know if the Free Stone for paving
the Church be included in Mr Samuel Young's Account or if
