ering the matters therein contained the House think fit to
refer the further Consideration thereof till next Assembly

Ingrossed Bill for Naturalization of John Baptist Tyler.
Ingrossed Bill uniting New Port Hundred & Wm & Mary
Parish.
Ingrossed Bill investing Lands in John Whittington.
Ingrossed Bill for Division of several Counties, sent up to
the Council by Mr Joseph Gray & Mr Thos Beale together
with the Original

Francis Jenkins, Edward Lloyd, James Saunders, and Wil-
liam Coursey Esqrs from the Council enter the House and
bring with them Bill for Advancement of Trade Indorsed
April 15th 1706 By the Council in Assembly This Bill read &
will pass with the Amendments remarked.

Your Honour's Message by Colo Jenkins of the 1 2th of
April Instant this Day lay under debated and Consideration
of the House and upon reading the first Branch thereof re-
lating to Bigamy this House resolved that a Bill be brought
in declaring that the Act of Parliament of England against
Bigamy has been and still is in Force in this Province.
And as to the other Branch relating to Quaker Conventicles
this House are of Opinion that the Act for Religion has suffi-
ciently provided that they are punishable according to the
Act of Parliament in that Case
