4. That the moultered Bricks both within and without ought
to be taken out and new ones put in their Room.

Which being read in the House is ordered a Copy of the
above Report be delivered Mr William Bladen.
The Honble Edward Lloyd and William Coursey Esq" from
the Honble Council enter the House and delivers Mr Speaker
the following Message Viz.

By his Excellency the Governor and Council in Assembly
April 13th 1706
George Plater Esqr her Majesty's Receiver of the District
of Patuxent having laid before his Excy and this Board his
Accounts of the 3d p Hhd. (given by her Majesty for purchas-
ing Arms) and by him received from the 12th of May 1692 to
the 2oth of July 1705. On Perusal thereof we observe that
the following Sums have been issued Viz.
To Capt. Peter Good £ 50
To Capt. Nathaniel Bostock 100
And to Colo Nathaniel Blackiston for apprehending
and Securing Pirates and their Effects 110
in all £ 260
Which we conceive the Country ought to be refunded and
desire your Advice if it be not fit this Assembly should make
to her most Sacred Majesty and the Lord High Treasurer of
England to have the Country reimbursed the aforesaid Sums
with Mr Platers Accounts is also sent, Mr George Muschamps
her Majesty's Receiver of the Districts of Potowmack and
Pocomoke your Proposal and Inspection

Upon reading the foregoing Message resolved that this
House will address her Majesty and the Lord Treasurer of
England to have the Country reimbursed.
Upon reading the Report relating to the Land Records
referred to the Consideration of a full House.
The House adjourns till two O'Clock Afternoon.
