Whereas it appears by the Journal of the Committee for
laying the Levy last year that Colo Dorsey in the Right of his
Son Samuel Dorsey was 20lb Sterling for one years Rent
of the House It's therefore ordered that the Treasurer pay
the same to Samuel Dorsey according to the Vote of this
House and not to the Exx of the said Colo Dorsey.

Bill investing certain Lands in John Whittington & his
Heirs Bill for restraining Papists or reputed Papists from
purchasing Protestant or reputed Protestant Servants and for
preventing Fornication committed by white Servants working
in the Ground &ca Indorsed April 10th 1706. By the House
of Delegates. Read the first Time and put to the Question
whether the Bill pass or not ? Carried in the Affirmative.
