Woman taking out a License and giving Security according
to Law may sell a Dram only without being obliged to pay the

The Petition of John Coode late Sheriff of St Mary's County
for an Allowance of Imprisonment Fees of two convicted
Felons Read & debated &ca Resolved he be allowed 1 5000 Ib
of Tobacco in full Discharge of all his Accounts to this Time
Mr Coode being called into the House the same is proposed
to him which he readily accepted of and returned the House
thanks & then withdrew.
Mr William Coursey enters the House and delivers Mr
Speaker Bill for uniting New Port Hundred to William &
Mary Parish in Charles County indorsed thus
