only increased the Debt and now so it is may it please your
Honours that Deborah the Relict and Executrix of the said
Charles Ridgeley hath made up her Account of the Adm'n
of her said Husband's Estate and balanced the same to a very
small Trifle less than forty shillings so that she alledgeth she
hath not wherewith to satisfy your Petitioner unless the real
Estate of her said Husband or at least so much thereof be
sold to Answer your Petitioner's just Demands. There-
fore your Petitioner humbly prays Leave that a Bill may be
brought in to that End, and he shall ever pray.
Indorsed thus. By his Excellency the Govr & Council in
Assembly April 6th 1706.
The within Petn being read at the Board is thought very
reasonable and therefore it is recommended to the House to
consider thereof and relieve the Petr by admitting such Bill
to be brought in the said Deborah Ridgely being duely sum-
moned to make her Objections. Further his Ex'cy is pleased
to say that he believes this may serve for a very good Instance
for what was urged this Day at the Conference
