Edward Lloyd and Thomas Ennalls Esqrs from the Honble
Council enter the House and deliver a Letter &c Viz.

Whitehall April 12th 1703
Gent.
The Lord Baltimore having complained to us of some In-
fringemt made upon his Rights by an Act of Assembly of
Maryland ascertaining the Bounds of Land and likewise an
Injury done him by another Act for securing Admrs & Execu-
tors from double Payment of Debts and limitting the Time
for Payment of Obligations within that Province We send
you here inclosed Copies of his Lordship's Observations upon
and Objections against both die said Acts thai you may con-
sider thereof with due Regard to his Lordship's Rights and
take such Measures thereupon as may be agreable to Reason
& Justice. So we bid you heartily farewell

Read and referred till next Sessions of Assembly. They
likewise acquaint Mr Speaker that his Ex'cy desired his At-
tendance and the whole House upon the Conference.
Upon reading that Paragraph of a Book of the Land
Records &ca Ordered the Serjeant attendant summons Colo
Good to appear before this House on Monday Morning
next to answer what may be objected against him relating
to that Record.
The Honble Francis Jenkins Esqr from the Council enters
the House and delivers Mr Speaker Capt Harris Petition
which was read and entered as followeth.
To his Ex'cy the Governor, the Honble Council, and the
House of Delegates of the Province of Maryland.
The humble Petition of George Harris, Merchant Creditor
to the Estate late of Charles Ridgeley of Prince George's
County Gent, deceased. Most humbly complaining, Sheweth
to this Honble Assembly That the said Charles Ridgeley in
his Life time was possessed of a considerable real Estate and
particularly of Eleven hundred Acres of Land in Prince
George's County so that his Credit ran very high and your
Petitioner taking him to be a Person both of Credit and Sub-
stance was encouraged to deal with and credit him for the
Value of sixty nine Pounds five shillings Sterling for most
of which the said Charles gave your Petitioner Bills of Ex-
change which said Bills not meeting with due Payment have
