Whereas upon the late Revolution the Land Records were
put into the Hands of Mr William Taylard under the Guard
of Colo John Coode of St Mary's County, who during the
Trust reposed in him by the Governmt sent for one of the
Books of the Land Records and never since returned the
same into the Office whereby divers good Gentlemen are in

likelihood of losing very large Quantities of Land and making
People confused in their Freeholds and particularly Mr Wil-
liam Josephs. It is therefore referred to the Consideration
of the House and prayed that some Measures may be taken
for the Relief and Ease of the Inhabitants of this Province

The first Article in the same relating to the Pensylvanians
carrying European Goods out of this Province Read & the
Consideration thereof is referred till to Morrow morning
The second Article relating to Limitation of Actions in the
County Courts Read it is resolved by the House it is an Ag-
grievance and that his Ex'cy be addressed to relieve it.
As to the other Aggrievance this House refer it till to
Morrow morning for the Consideration of the House.

The House met again according to Adjournment.
Being called over were present as yesterday
Read what was done yesterday.
James Saunders Esqr from the Honble Council enters the
House & delivers Mr Speaker Petn of Henry Roberts of Ann
Arundel County.
Then read Aggrievance of last Night being the first Ag-
grievance relating to the Exportation of European Goods out
of this Province read and debated; and resolved by the
House that it's no Aggrievance. The third Paragraph in the
Report relating to white women Servants that work in the
Ground, read and debated. Put to the Question whether
white women Servants shall work in the Ground or not?
Carried by Majority of Voices that white women Servants
be excused from working in the Ground and ordered a Bill
be prepared for that Purpose; and resolved the Bill take
Place by Xtmas next.
