Which being read the House do advise to take such
Measures for Recovery as the Law directs.
Ordered That Major Greenberry, Mr Goldsborough, Mr
Low & Mr Skinner draw up an Answer to his Excellency's
Speech & lay it before the House in the Morning for Con-
sideration.
The Petition of John Baptist Tyler of Prince George's
County, a Hollander, read, thereby praying an Act for his
Naturalization
Ordered it be recommended to the Committee of Laws
to prepare a Bill.
Mr William Dare & Mr Thomas Frisby Members for Cecil
County enter the House
Petition of Kent & Cecil Counties read, and ordered that
all the Inhabitants of Cecil County on the South Side of Sas-
safrax River be added to Kent County and that a Bill be
prepared therefor.
The Petition of Talbot County Read & ordered it be
divided and that a Bill be prepared for Division thereof as
prayed.
The Petition of Charles Kilburne being a long Time
referred now ordered he have an Allowance of three thousand
Pounds of Tobo for his Services &c to be allowed in Ann
Arundel or Prince George's County.
The Petition of Colo John Coode for an Allowance for Im-
prisonmt Fees for convicted psons read & rejected.
The House adjourns till two o' Clock in the Afternoon.

The House met again, and present as in the Morning.
Mr Gerrard Fowlke a Member for Charles County enters
the House
A former Ordinance relating to cleaning & fixing the pub-
lick Arms read in the House and referred to further Consid-
eration.
Colo Elias King, Mr Joseph Hill, and Mr James Philips are
appointed by the House a Committee for stating the publick
Accounts &c.
Ordered That Major Charles Greenberry, Major Nicholas
Lowe, Mr Hugh Eccleston, Colo John Contee & Mr Thomas
Frisby be & are appointed a Committee of Laws &ca.
Mr Thomas Greenfield, Colo James Maxwell, Mr John Wells,
and Mr Robert Tyler are by the House appointed a Committee
to hear & enquire into the Aggrievances of the Province &c.
and report them to the House.
