Came M^r Young & M^r Leach from the house to see M^r
George Plater Sworne to his Collection in the Navall Office at
Puttuxent and an oath was accordingly administred to him
for that purpose in his Presence.

the following bills Ingrossed viz.
A Bill for uniting Newport Hundred to W^m & Mary Parish
in Charles County

A Bill declaring the land Law to be in force

A Bill to make null & void a Deed or Conv^a from Thomas
Edmundson to W^m Edmundson
A Bill for Naturalization of Jn^o Baptista Tyler of Prince
Georges County
A Bill investing certain lands in John Whittington & his
heires.
A Bill for Division of Severall Countys &c
The Latter whereof being read was recomended to the
house for Amendm^t.
But the others were all assented to and sent to the house
by M^r Sanders
The Councill Adjourns till to morrow morning

P. 51 Came M^r Gray and brought up the Ingrossd Bill for Divid-
ing the Countys amended as Recomended which was read &
assented to by this board and Sent to the house by M^r Cour-
sey.
