Then was read the Petition of Mr Andrw Richmond Master
Gunner & Store Keeper at Annapolis praying the payment
of his Sallary
Ordered that George Plater Esqr pay unto him twenty five
pounds Sterling as Master Gunner Store Keeper & Armorer
at Annapolis being in full for one years Sallary wch ended the
sixth day of February 1705-6

house a Bill for Advancement of Trade & erecting Ports &
Towns in the Province of Maryland

Coll Maxwell & Mr Macall bring from the house their
Answer to the Message from this board Concerning Bigamy
& Conventicles as follows vizt

Aprill 15th 1706

Yor Honrs Message by Coll Jenkins of the 12th of Aprill
Instant this day lay under Debate & Consideration of the
house & upon reading of the first branch thereof relating to
Bigamy This house resolved that a bill be brought in Declar-
ing the Act of Parliament of England agt Bigamy has been
& Still is in force in this Province
And as to the other branch relating to Quakers Conven-
ticles &c This house are of opinion that the Act for Religion
has Sufficiently provided that they are punishable according
to the Act of Parliament in that Case
Sign'd p Order W Taylard Clk h. D.

Upon reading whereof it is ordered that the following Reply
be sent thereunto vizt

Aprill 15th 1706
