Mr Maccall & Mr Mcclester bring the following Message

By the House of Delegates Aprill 5th 1706

May it please Yor Exncy
This House gives your Exncy their hearty thanks for putting
them in minde to inspect that matter relating to the 3d p hhd
which is given to the Countrye to provide Arms &c And they
do humbly pray that Your Exncy will be pleased to give Order
that the Accounts thereof from the tyme the said Grant from

the late King tooke place to this tyme, may be layd before
them that they may enquire into that matter & what has been
payd thereon and what is become of the mony's
Signed p Ordr W Taylard Cl House Del.

Resolved that the said Accounts be layd before the House
and that Orders issue to her Matys Receivers to that End.
Came Mr Robert Keith & Mr Alexander Adams Ministers
of the Church of England in Somersett County with Mr
Francis Mccemie a dissenting Minister And the said Mr
Mccemie complayns of their Libertye being infringed by a
certain Order of Councill prohibiting their building a Meet-
ing House within less than halfe a Mile of any Established
Church allready built.
Upon which both partys being heard and it appearing to
his Excy & her Matys honble Councill that the House was
allready erected on Mr Mocemies own proper Lands. Ad-
vised that this matter be layd before my Lord Bishop of
London for his Decision And that in the mean tyme Mr
Mccemie be at liberty to preach in his house according to the
Tolleration.
The Board adjourn'd for an houre

Mr How & Mr Jones bring from the house the following
Message.

By the house of Delegates Ap" 5th 1706

May it Please Your Exncy
Upon reading the Message by Colonel Ennalls this Day
relating to the Evill of Protested Bills &c It is resolved that
this house attend your Exncy and Councill to morrow morning
to confer upon the Subject matter as desired.
