Reviving Bill for punishing Persons selling or transporting
any Friend Indians. Indorsed Eodem Die. Read in Coun-
cil & agreed to. W Bladen Cl. Council.

Reviving Bill for ascertaining the Bounds of Land In-
dorsed Eod. Die. Read in Council and agreed to
W Bladen Cl Council.

Bill for Relief of Ann Arundel County Indorsed Eod. Die.
Read in Council & agreed to W Bladen Cl Council.

Bill against Richard Clarke sent up to the Council by M'
Robert Goldsborough and Mr James Hay. They return &
say they delivered the same.
The Honble James Saunders Esqr from the Council enters
the House and delivers Mr Speaker the following Message
Viz. Die Martis 22o Die Maij 1705
Proposed That the House will appoint some of their
Members to confer with four of the Board in Relation to the
Prisoners now in Goal the present Guard on the publick
Magazine and Prison and the Rangers on the Frontiers of
Potowmack what shall be done with the said Prisoners
whether the Guard on the Magazine & Prison and the Rangers
on Potowmack shall be longer continued upon these Services
& what Number, or to be totally disbanded.

be returned in Answer to it

In Answer to your Honours Message pr Mr Saunders pro-
posing a Conference with four of your Board this House
concurs therewith and have appointed six Members to attend
the said Conference accordingly therefore this House desires
you will appoint the Time & Place.
