In Answer to your last Message by Mr Maclaster & other
Members of your House his Ex'cy & this Board have already
done what in them lies to remedy the Evil by your House
represented in lying a general Embargo upon all Shipping
until a sufficient Convoy arrives from England the Strumbelo
not being thought Sufficient.

Ordered That Mr Samuel Young Treasurer immediately
purchase a Roll of Parchment for the publick Service for
which he shall be allowed.
Ordered That John Dalley be called into the House to
declare what he knows about the Escape of Prisoners.
Having so done, it's ordered he withdraw and Mr George
Valentine ordered to be called in to show to the House by
what Means he became Keeper of the Prison ; who made it
known & withdrew
The Honble Edward Lloyd & William Coursey Esqrs enters
the House & delivers Mr Speaker the Petition of Thomas
Collyer indorsed viz.

This Board do concur with the Resolve of the House of
Delegates that the said Mr Collier be eased & released from
the Payment of the said Bill protested.
