Herewith is sent you the Lords Baltimore's Agents Memo-
rial or Representation relating to the Land Law of which you
are desired to consider & return some Answer thereto

Whereupon Ordered it be answered as follows Viz.
By the House of Delegates May 22d 1705
Upon reading the Memorial of Mr Carroll relating to the
Land Law & your Honours Message it's considered by the
House and resolved that forasmuch as this House at first
Opening this Assembly continued all References upon their
Journals whereof this being one ; therefore this House pray
Concurrence & that the same may likewise be referred
