A Bill directing the manner of suing out Attachments read
the first time, and sent to the House by Col Hammond and
Col Holland together with William and John Sweatnam's peti-
tion and a bill to Impower the said William to Sell Land
Mr Gray and Mr Howe from the House present Mr Richard
Jones a Delegate chosen for Ann Arundell County to be sworn
who took the Oaths and Subscribed the Oaths and Test &c
The Council adjourns 'till to morrow morning

Wednesday Sepr 13th 1704
The Council in Assembly sate Present as before

Mr Waters Mr Jones and Mr Macclaster bring from the
House the following Message Viz.

By the House of Delegs Septr 3d 1704

The members upon your Invitation have intended with your
Excellency to View the Church and have taken notice of the
place you are pleased to be made for the Burgesses and Dele-
gates to sitt in and we do very well approve of what your Excy
has done and hold ourselves obliged to return you our hearty
thanks for your regard of us and for the Care and Trouble
you have been pleased to take in that affair and we desire you
to order a small door to be cut over against the Porch by the
Pulpit to give Air to the Church and when you see fit to add
a small Vestry room to it, and that in laying out the Church
Yard you will be pleased to enclose all the Graves within it
Signed p order W Taylard Cl Ho Del.

Came Mr John Taylor and Mr John Hudson and brought
up the Bill for publication of all Laws which the House insists
upon to be engrossed in parchment Saving those this present
Sessions to be sent to the Countys

The Board adjourns to three of the Clock in the Afternoon

Post Meridiem Council Sate Present as before

His Excy asking for the Petition of Mr Cockshut Mr Cole-
batch and Mr Hall resolved by the Board that it be heard to
morrow morning

A Bill for publication of all Laws read with the resolve of
the House thereupon Endorsed that they insist on the Law
as already drawn but because Parchmt cannot now be had for
the Several Countys that good Paper for the present shall
Suffice and agreed to by this Board Provided that sd Resolve
