Penalty of the late Act by executing the function in a private
Roman Catholique Family during the Term of Eighteen
Months or untill her Matys Royall Pleasure shall be knowne

Came Mr Eccleston and Mr Howe with an Ordinance for
Removing the Powder House which was assented to they

By the House of Delegates Decr 8th. 1704
Upon reading the within Message this House do not thinke
fitt to prepare a Bill at this tyme agt the within named Richard
Clarke for that it dos not fully appeare to them that the said
Clarks defends himselfe with force and Arms agt the Sherriffe.
Therefore this House humbly pray by his Exncy that he
would please to issue his Proclamacon for the said Clarks
rendring himselfe to Justice, And in case he dos not render
himselfe according to such Proclamation, then at the next
Session of Assembly this House will further consider thereof

Whereas there is due to Andrew Wellplay for making
the Wooden Frame on which the Gunns are mounted the

Ordered that George Plater Esqr her Matys Receiver of the
District of Puttuxent pay the said severall sumes to the Sev-
erall Persons to whome the same is due as aforesd
Came Mr Frisby and Capt Beale with a Bill for dividing
St Pauls Parish in Prince Georges County which was read and
sent to the House by Mr Brooke

Mr Colbatch having offered his Exncy to preach at Annapolis
on the 30th of Janry being the Anniversary of King Charles's
martyrdom had the thanks of the Board for his ready Offer.
