wthout passing any Deed therefore the said Katharine in
behalf of the said Susanna humbly prays that it may be
Enacted and
Be it enacted by the Queens most excellent Majesty by
and with the Advice and Consent of her Majestys Governour
Councill and Assembly of this Province and the Authority
of the same that the Estate of the said William Alderne his
heires or Assigns therein so unjustly gain'd cease and deter-
mine and that the said ffifty Acres of Land with all the
Tenements Hereditaments and appurtenances thereto be-
longing or in any wise appertaining be settled and Vested
in the said Susanna Blaney her heires and assigns for ever
any Claime of the said Benjamin Blackleach his heires or
Assigns or any Law statute usage or Custom to the Contrary
in any wise notwithstanding.
