whatsoever their heires and Assigns who by vertue of this
Act and the Grant and Conveyance of the aforesaid severall
tracts of Land or any part of them by the said William
Sweatnam to them their heires and Assigns shall forever have
hold occupy and enjoy to them their heires and assigns for
ever a good Size and indefeazable Estate of Inheritance in
ffee simple The force and effect of the said Will of the said
Captain Richard Sweatnam or any Law Statute or usage to
the Contrary in any wise notwithstanding.

An Act for settling of Lands on Susanna Blaney &c.
Whereas David Blany late of Talbot County in the Pro-
vince of Maryland deceasd did by his last will and Testament
give devise and bequeath unto Susanna Blaney daughter of
the said David and to her heires for ever a Certain tract
of Land being part of two tracts of Land the one called
Wisbitch and the other Poplar Hill containing in all fifty
Acres lying on the east side Back Wye River in Talbot
County for which said tract of Land the said David Blaney
had bargain'd and fully paid to one Benjamin Blackleach
of Cecill County in the Province aforesaid whereupon the
said Blackleach past his obligation for Conveyance of the
same But the said David unhappily dying before the said
Blackleach had Conveyed over the said Lands and Kathe-
rine the relict and Executrix of the said David afterwards
intermarrying with one William Alderne of Talbot County
aforesaid which said Aldern contrary to many solemn prom-
