in the presence of two Witnesses whereas more by Law are
required thereto Any Law Statute or Usage to the contrary in
any wise notwithstanding.
And be it further Enacted by the Authority Advice and
Consent aforesaid that the last will and Testament of John
Burnam late of Talbot County deceased shall be good and
effectual in the law to all Intents purposes and Construccons
whatsoever and shall be sufficient to pass the Lands therein
mencond and to Vest and settle the ffee simple thereof in
Samuel Dowlin his heires and assigns forever according to the
Intention of the said Will any Inability by Nonage in the
Testator notwithstanding.
And that the Will of the said John Whinfell having not yet
been entred upon Record in the Comissarys office be now
received and recorded in the said Comissarys Office and
accepted and taken at all times as the Will of the said John
Whinfell

An Act to enable Colonell Edward Dorsey to sell some entaild
Lands and houses in the Port of Annapolis for the use of
his Children.

Whereas Colonell Edward Dorsey has represented to the
Generall Assembly that he has built in the Town and Port of
Annapolis severall houses which he afterwards entaild upon
his Children and that the said Houses are now and have been for
a Considerable time untenanted whereby they are in a Ruinous
Condition and will in a little time be quite decay'd and totally
lost to the said Children with whose Conveniency it does not
consist to reside in the same themselves but could in Case the
said Intaile were cutt of dispose of the same to some advan-
tage wherefore it was prayd that An Act might be pass'd in
favour of the so Children that the said Entaile may be Cutt off
And the said Edward impowered to make Sale of the said
houses for the benefitt and advantage of his said Children.
