They returne and say they deliverd the Message
Bill for repeale of laws. Read the 1st & 2d time and by
Especiall order do pass for Engrossing.
Then was the Address to her Majty relating to New York
Affaires brought into the house and Signed by Mr Speaker and
Severall Members & Sent up to the Councill p Mr Henry
Coursey.
The Message About building A house for the Govr was
Againe read & debated.
And is referrd till monday morning for further consideration.
Propos'd who should Signe the Letter the hono Coll Blakis-
ton Agent for the province
Resolvd Nemine Contradicente that the honob Speaker
Signe the same in the name and on behalfe of the whole house.
The house Adjournes till Monday morn 7 A Clock.

over were present as on Saturday only Mr Goldsborough

Read What was done Yesterday.

Mr Speaker was pleasd to informe the house that he did in
the Name and on behalfe of the house Signe the Address to
her Majty And the letter Which was approovd of & orderd to
be entred on the Iournall.

Bill declaring Severall Acts of Assembly formerly made to
be in force.

Read the Ist & 2d time & do pass.

The Message relating to building A house for her Majts
Govr or Giving Allowance for house rent

Againe read & debated

Put to the Question whither an Allowance be Given for rent
or not

Carryd in the Affirmative that there be in Allowance made.

Bill for Repeals &c.

Read Ist & 2d time and do pass

Bill declaring severall Acts to be in force.

Sent up the Councill p Mr Nicho Lowe.

He returns and says he deliverd the same

Iohn Hamond Esqr from the honob Councill enters the house
and delivers Mr Speaker the following Message.

By the councill in Assembly octob 2d 1704.

Its represented to us that by the bill on foot for limitting
officers fees the surveyors are retrenchd in theirs which was
