Wee haue Explaind the fees on resurveys as retrenchd and
it Seems to us the retrenchm^t is not unreasonable but sufficient
reward proposd to encourage Art and Industry And Wee hope
yo^r hono^rs will think so too on reading the same the clause is
thus Allowed.
Resurvey of 140 Acres or under 400^l tob Any q^ty Aboue
140 Acres the same fees as is Allowed on primitive Survey's
and no more the former law was in that part found Excessive
burthensome And this Conceivd but moderate And therefore
doubt not Yo^r hono^rs Concurrence to the Engrost bill Which
is now ready to be sent up.

The engrost dupplicates of the Address brought into the
house with the Coppy of the Lre to Coll Blakiston Which was
Sent up to the Councill by M^r Henry Coursey.
He returnes and says he deliverd the same.
Upon reading the bill for Officers fees : proposed by A
member that the Execute^rs & Adm^rs of Officers that do any
thing Contrary to this Act be included in the penalty.
2^d That Noe Execution issue for officers fees After
Yeares.
3^d That noe Execution be Granted any officer for fees till
Oath made y^t the Seuerall Services Are performed for w^ch they
are chargd And that to be certifyd by the party that Signes
Execution for them
The consideration whereof is referrd to the next Sessions of
Assembly.
