The Address upon the Success of her Majtys Victorious
Arms &c. Read Amended And then Approovd of by the
house & sent up to the Councill by Mr Coursey togeather with
the following Message.

By the Councill in Assembly Septr 30 1704

The Message by Coll Smith proposing the tob due to the
Keeper of the Great Seale And some Small parte of the
Councills & Burgesses Sallarys to be paid in Money has been
considerd by this board And so noe less Expectance of the
Vallue of tob this Yeare then the last And former When the
leavy was made in money At the rate of 10s p cent Wherefore
Wee Acquaint You that You Agreed such payments be made
At the rate Vizt 10 p Cent

Read & the house will consider:

Signd p order Wm Bladen G Co.

The Address to her Sacred Majesty upon New Yorke
Affaire brought into the house Engrost Being read & Sent up
to the honob Councill by Mr Thomas Greenfeild Mr Iohn Iones
Mr Robert Tyler Mr Magruder for their honors first to Signe
the Address.

They returne and say they deliverd it

Mr Coursey returnes from the Councill And brings with him
the Address which he carryd, Orderd it be Engrost

Iohn Hamond and Kenelm Cheseldyne Esqrs Enters the
house & bring with them the following Engrost bills.

Engrost bill for Admiration of Iustices for probatt of Wills
&ca.

Engrost bill for Tryall of Criminalls.

Engrost bill to prevent the Growth of popery.

Engrost bill confirming the freeschoole.

Engrost bill for encouragemt of releife of poor Drs.

Engrost bill for confirming the land law.

Engrost bill for punishing Blasphemy & prophane Cursing
&ca

Which said Bills were severally Endorsd Vizt.

Septr 30th 1704
