5 That Writts of Error may lye from these two Corts to the
Governour And Councill
All of which is prayd may be referrd to the next Sessions of
Assembly.
The following Engrost bills brought into the house Vizt.
Engrost bills for directions of Sherriffs in their office
Engrost bill Ascertaining the height of fences.
Both read and endorsd Assented to by the house of
Delegates.
Sent up to the Councill by Coll Iames Smallwood.
He returns and says he deliverd the same.
The house Adjourns till 2 A Clock Afternoon

Post Merediem.

The house met According to Adjournmt being Calld over
were present as in the morning
The following Engrost bills brought into the house.
Engrost bill for rectifying the ill practise of Attornys.
Engrost bill requiring Mars of Shipps to publish the rates of
freight
Read & Assented to by the house of Delegates And Sent
up to the Councill p Mr Ino Macall
He returnes And Says he deliverd the same.
Bill for Rattifying the peticonary Act relating to the Free-
schoole.
Bill Continueing in force the Act Ascertaining the bounds
of land.
Read the Ist & 2d time and do pass
And Sent up to his Excy and Councill p Mr Robert Skinner.
He returns and Says he deliverd the same.
The honob Francis Ienkins And Iames Sanders Esqrs enter
the house and delivers the following Engrost bills.
Engrost bill requiring Mars of Shipps to publish the rate of
freight.
Engrost bill ratifying the ill practise of Attorneys,
both Endorsd Read & Assented to by the honoble Councill.
Wm Bladen Cik Councill.

Wm Holland & Kenelm Cheseldyne Esqrs enters the house
and delivers the following Message.
