By the Councill in Assembly Sept. 27th 1704

The Message by Mr Muschamp And Mr Tyler this After-
noone Wee haue observd And thereupon Wee do Acknowl-
edge Wee did resolve the Address to her Majty in the Name
of the province As Absolutely necessary And Agreed on the
reasons therein containd And did really beleive the Genll As-
sembly would Unanimously haue Ioynd in it thinking those
