the endorsment on this bill Yor honors seem to desire the
former law Againe however if this Explanation, agrees Not to
your desire be pleasd to explaine it in yor owne way that this

Mr Speaker the Bill providing What Shall be Evidence to

Read in Councill Agreed to And past for engrossing
Wm Bladen C Co.

Which being read, orderd Mr George Muschamp Carry up
the bill to be Engrost

Orderd A Message be prepard to be sent up to the Councill
to morrow Morning relating to the debate. & Selling fees
for private bills &ca

The house Adjourns till to morrow Morning Eight A Clock.

Thursday 28th Sepf 1704

The house mett Againe According to Adjournment being
calld over Were All prsent as Yesterday.

Read What was done Yesterday.

The Message prepard upon the Resolves of the house pro-
porconing the fees for private bills, orderd it be read

The house According to two Severall laws of this province
entring into consideration of and Selling the fees due on
private bills past this Sessions And What Shalbe Allowd for
transcribing the laws of last And this Sessions of Assembly
haue Agreed and propose to Allow his Excy as keeper of the
broad Seale for every coppy of the laws of last Session 400l
tob And for every coppy of the laws of this Session 1500l tob
to be paid by the County's for those sent to the County's And
by the publiq for the Coppy's sent for England And for the
private laws wee propose for the Keeper of the Seale Vizt
