the Delegates of Assembly may be built At the publiq charge
And that flag stone may be sent for out of England to lay the
Alley's.
Resolvd by the house that the ground Assignd for the Gent
of the Assembly in the sd Church be built with Decent pews
As his Ex^cy the Governo^r shall please to direct And Shall be
paid for out of the publiq treasure.
Alsoe that M^r Sam^ll Young trearer for the Westerne Sheare
Send for so much smooth flagg stone As will lay the Alley's
At the charge of the publiq Alsoe.
Which resolve was orderd to be drawne up & Sent his Ex^cy
and Councill for their Concurrence
