The honob Iames Sanders Esqr enters the house and delivers
Mr Speaker the Ordinance About the pews Endorsd thus
Eod Die Read & assented to by his Excy & her Majts
honoble Councill. Wm Bladen Cl Councill.

The honob Edwd Lloyd and Iames Sanders Esq" enters the
house and delivers the following bills.
Bill directing the Sherriffs office &c.
Bill for Securing the parochiall library's
Bill for encouragemt of tillage &c.
Bill for releife in Abuses of Woods rangers.
Bill for encouragemt of building Water mills.
Bill relating to Servants & Slaues.
Bill rectifying the ill practises of Attorney's.
Bill regulating the Militia

All severally endorsed Scptr 26th 1704

Read in Councill and past for engrossing.
Wm Bladen Cl Co.

Orderd Mr Iohn Waters carry the sd bills up to the Comit-
tee of laws to be engrost
Bill for Speedy tryall of Criminalls
Endors'd Read in Councill the first time And thought that
the fine on the County Clk for not Certifying the former con-
viction in Another County Which he is Ignorant of is hard.
Signd p ordr W Bladen C Coun.

Read with Amendmt And Approovd of by the house: Sent
up to the Councill p Mr Geo. Muschamp.
He returns and says the Councill Agreed to the Amendmt
Sent up to the Comittee to be engrost.
The honob Thoms Tench and Wm Coursey Esqrs enters the
house And delivers Mr Speaker the Address to her Majty
Endorsd thus.

By his Excy the Govr & Councill.

Wee haue Allready Addrest her Majty on this Occasion
therefore Unless the house will Shew their neer Concerne by
