Endors'd By the Councill in Assembly Sepf 25th 1704
Read the 2d time and its wisht for preventing pjurys the last
clause of this bill might be conformable to the former law thats
to say Money or tob paid to be proovd and Allow in discount
Wm Bladen Cl Counc.

Bill for Appeales and Writts of Error was read with the
Endorsment from the Councill And orderd it be Endors'd
thus Vizt

jury And Wee hope this Will prevent it therefore Wee insist
on the bill as drawne.
