All read & Assented to by the house of Delegates.

The house Adjourns till Monday Morning 8 A Clock.

The house met againe According to AdjournnY being calld
over were prsent as on Saturday.

The honob Iames Sanders Esqr enters the house & delivers
Mr Speaker the following bills.

Bill for Appeales & Writts of Error Endorsd thus.

By the Councill in Assembly Septr 25th 1704.

This board think that the prohibitting the liberty of Ap-
peales for fear of some litigious persons making ill use there-
of May be A means to deprive many honest Men who Are
injurd by Illegall Iudgmt of what the law Allows to witt A
Review thereof & of Which of right ought not to be denied
them however Wee Agree with the house that such Appeale
be not less for then 20l Sterling or 4000l tob.
