He returnes and Says he deliverd the same.
Coll Iames Maxwell Mr Thomas Beale Orderd to Attend
Mr Vanderheyden Navall Officer to see him proove his Ac-
counts before the Councill.
They returne and say they have seen him and Mr Wm Bladen
prooue their Navall Officers Accounts.
Orderd Mr Young Mr Aisquith and Mr Ennalls goe and See
Coll Dent proove his Navall Officers Accounts.
Who returne And say they haue seen it done.

The house Adjournes till to morrow Morning Eight A Clock.

Tuesday [sic] 21th Septr 1704

The house mett Againe According to Adjournment being
calld over were All present as Yesterday only Mr Wm Barton
sick.

The Gent appointed to inspect the Will of Mr Charles As-
comb of St Mary's County And Ino Winfell of Calvert County
reporte as followeth.

By the Comittee for inspecting the Wills of Charles As-
comb & of Ino Winfell deed.

Jt is humbly reported to the honob house of Delegates by
Mr Thomas Greenfeild Mr Wm Aisquith And Mr Robt. Skinner
Members Especially Appointed for the Inspection Afd that
upon the perusall of the said Wills they Are by them Adjudged
And verily beleivd to be the last Wills of the said Charles As-
comb & Iohn Winfell but that they finding to the same Wills
the Evidence of one or two Wittnesses to Corroborate the
Vallidity of the same in law which is referrd to the Considera-
