money be unpaid by the first taker up of the Warrant And
that Notice thereof be Given to his Lopps Agents.
That forasmuch as at prsent the records of the land Office
are much torne damnifyed & some part lost And that the
Offices for Granting of lands are now in the hands of two
Severall persons Which were heretofore intire And that theire
being so devided Occasions his Lopp the Lord Baltemore to
double the purchase of his Warrants Which Wee humbly con-
ceive to be A Great Agrievance And pray her Majty may be
Addrest for remedy thereof

Which reporte was here read in the house & in reguard the
Great & Weighty Matters lyeing before the house At this
time therefore Resolvd the further consideration thereof be
referrd to the next Sessions of Assembly.
Then the house Adjournd till 2 A Clock in the Afternoone.

Post Merediem

The house met againe According to Adjournment, And
being Calld over were All present as in the Morning.
Was brought into the house the foil bill Orderd to be read.
Bill for Naturallization of Otho Ottherson
Read the Ist and 2d time and do pass,
Bill declaring the Devision of Countys' eta
Bill laying An Imposicon on Severall Comodity's etc. Sent
up to the Councill.
The Message last night relating to the rent of the Free
schoole was Againe read And the Agreement as was desired
layd before the house being read And fully debated. It is
Resolvd this house is willing to pay the rent Agreed upon for
the Use of the Whole house without any further charge to this
time.
And proposd that forasmuch As the ends of the Free schoole
has Appeard hitherto not to be Answerrd.
Resolvd that it be referrd to the Consideration of the next
Sessions of Assembly What further measures shall be taken
to perfect so good A worke.
The peticon of St Pauls Parrish in Prince Georg's County
With endorsment was deliverd to Mr Magruder.
Mr Thos Greenfeild Mr Wm Aisquith And Mr Robert Skin-
ner are desired to take the bill for confirming Wills etc. With
the Wills & other papers relating to it And withdraw to con-
sider Whither the house can pass that bill With Safety And
make reporte thereof to the house.
Bill for regulating Ordinarys etc.
