Upon reading and debating of which reporte Resolvd that
the Will of the said Iohn Winfell be Recorded in the office
for probatt of Wills.
Then the bill was read the 2^d time & do pass w^th the
Amendments made.
Resolvd that the persons to whose use private Bills pass
be oblidged to make sattisfaction And the publiq be no ways
chargd therewith
Orderd Message be prepard and Sent his Ex^cy relating to
the foregoing Resolves.

Kenelm Cheseldyne Esq^rs from the Councill enters the house

Bill empowring the Com^rs of the County Courts to raise
tobacco to defray their Charges.
Bill Confirming titles to land Given to churches.
Bill for Naturrallization of Otho Ottherson
Bill laying An Imposicon on Severall Comodity's.
Bill declaring the devision of Severall Countys.
Bill for conveying publiq Lres
Bill for regulating ordnarys etc.
