they shall have liberty to pay it in money at A Certaine price
to be Setled And by A certaine day in each Year to the
Sherriff of each County And the Sherriff to pay the same
Againe to those who have right to the same And At the same
rate.
And likewise the 3d p hhd to be paid by Mars of Shipps to
the Navall Officers, shalbe by them answerable to the publiq in
ready money, Currant Coyne of the province, and not by bills
of Exchange.
Its resolvd the same is A good Mocon and orderd the Com-
mittee of laws prepare A bill for that purpose.
Moovd likewise by A member that some measures be taken
that A mans Goods may redeem his body out of prison
Resolvd A bill be prepared.
The peticon of Iosiah Wilson read in the house and debated.
The house finding it to be for an Allowances of Imprison-
ment ffees it is noe ways incumbent on the Countrey to pay
by the law of the province And Alsoe of A dangerous conse-
quence Therefore is rejected.

their County
The Peticon of the Inhabitants of Kent County on the South
side Chester River for division of their County.
And the Peticon of the inhabitants of Talbott County for
devision of their County.
