Which said Severall peticons and endorsments thereon was
read and debated And the house finding Matters of A great
Weight & Moment lye before them.
Therefore Resolvd the Consideration of the Severall peticons
afd be referrd till next Sessions of Assembly.
The peticon of the Freeholders and inhabitants of St Pauls
Parrish in Prince Georges County, was read & debated And
its Resolvd that the four delegates for that County in this
prsent Genll Assembly togeather with Mr Robert Bradley and
Mr Iames Stoddard be and Are Appointed to make A devision
And Ascertaine the bounds to the equall Advantage of the
parrishioners as may be and to reporte the same to the house
next Sessions of Assembly. And then the house Will further
proceed.
The house Adjournes till 2 A Clock in the Afternoon

The house met againe according to Adjournment, being
Calld over were present as in the morning.
The foll Message brought into the house by Ino Addison
and Francis Ienkins Esqrs.
Orderd to be entred Vizt.

By the Councill in Assembly Septr 19th 1704

Your Message desireing our reply to yonr Answer About
the bill for regulating ordnary's wee receivd And propose
that Your house would Appoint two or three of yor members
to loyne with Mr Smith and Mr Cheseldyne of this board at
two of the Clock this Afternoone to consult and propose how
the said law should pass.

Read and orderd to be endurb'd

By the house of Delegates Septr 19th 1704

Mr George Muschamp and Mr Thoms Frisby by the house
are appointed to loyne in conferrence with the Gent of the
Councill proposed. Signd p ordr Wm Taylard Cl h D.

Bill prohibitting the Importacon of bread beer etc
Orderd to be read Againe with the amendment made and
do pass for engrossing.

Bill for quieting possessions and Enrolling Conveyances.
