Which being read it is orderd by the house that nothing be
further proceeded upon the peticon of Ino Whittington till he
appeares himselfe and then the peticon of the said Toas to be
considerd of
The peticon of Cecillia Allford read & Referrd till tomorrow
morning for consideracon
The house Adjourns till to morrow morning 8 A Clock.

The house proceeds to debate the Articles &ca Vizt
14. Article relating to the provinciall and Coty Courts
Read and Resolvd Nemine Contradicente that the prsent
Constitucon of our provinciall & County Courts are Sufficient
The latter part of the same Article relating to the stay of
Executions After the tenth of Aprill being read
Its Resolved that the limittacon for stay of Executions be
made After the tenth of may
15. That the Act for pleading discount in barr be explain'd
&c. was read & referr'd to the consideration of the Comittee
of laws to explaine the same and make reporte thereof to the
house.
16 Relating to Coopers and the Gauge of tob hhds Being
read & Considerd
It is the opinion of the house that the laws allready provided
are Sufficient to remedy that evill
17 Article relating to limittacon of accons read
This Article is answerd by A vote Yesterday.
18 That the law punishing fornication and Adultery be
Explained when a mans Estate shall redeem his body
Read and referrd to the Comittee of laws who are desired
to explaine the same.
The mocon Yesterday for encouragemt of tillage was againe
considerd and.
Resolvd the Comittee of laws bring in a bill for that purpose
The honob Robt Smith and Kenelm Cheseldyne Esqrs enters
the house And delivers Mr Speaker A bill for regulating Ord-
narys endorsd thus
