     Upon Mr Joseph Tillys petition it is recommended to the      Lib. X.

    Court of Chancery that he be admitted to Prosecute in Forma    p. 227

    Pauperis against the Admrs of George Parker

                 Whitehall 30th Nov: 99                           Lib. H. D.

     His Maty being informed that you have secured the Effects

    of Some Pyrates that were returned from the East Indies,

    Approves of Your Diligence in So doing ; and further com-

    ands me to signify his pleasure to you that you put the Said

    Effects (whether they be in Money or Goods) into the hands

    of the Earle of Bellamont His Matys Governor of New Eng

    land to whom his Maty has sent his Orders about Sending

    home Kid and other Pyrates who have been Seized in Sev

    erall parts of the Plantations in order to their being tryed

    here, the sd Earle of Bellamount being likwise Intrusted by

    his Maty to convey hither all the Effects belonging to the Said

    Pyrates and to Consign them to the Lds Comissionrs of his

    Matys Treasury, My Lord Bellamt has made a Voluntary

    Offer to Transmitt his Acco upon Oath of all the goods he

    hath or shall receive & belonging to Pyrates & his Maty

    thinks it fitt that those to whose hands any of the sd Goods

    are come should deliver their Accounts in the Same Manner

    not doubting but such as are in Places of Publick Trust will

    be ready to give all proofs of their Integrity. I am Sr

    that the reason of his now calling them is thus

     That on Monday the 25th of March last being upon the

    Road near South River in Company with his Excy Collo Nich
